Here is a traditional platinum wedding band that Dan has hand forged from the raw material. The pictured band was crafted from hand-milled stock that is 5mm wide and 2mm thick; a nice solid ring finished with a comfort fit profile.

Your ring will be made from scratch: Dan will pour an ingot of platinum, hard roll it, and finish it to your preference. Because the metal is cold worked, hand forged bands like this one are denser and stronger than bands that are cast.

One of the noblest of metals, platinum has a wear characteristic that outlasts gold 10x to 1x. We use an alloy that is 95% platinum and 5% ruthenium.
